Before you choose

What counts as a session?: One analysis of a session transcript. Very long transcripts (over 12,000 words) count as two. Viewing, exporting and re-scoring after our engine improves never use your allowance.
Do I need a card for the free trial?: No. The trial includes everything in Pro. Verify your email address and you can run your first analysis.
What happens if I cancel or change plans?: Nothing you've entered is deleted. You can always view and export your coachees' data; without an active plan only new analyses pause, and on Starter the Pro modules become read-only.
How is my coachees' data protected?: Transcripts are used only to produce your analyses and never appear in logs or links. Coach-only observations never reach coachee reports, and you can export or delete a coachee at any time.
Is this an official English test?: No. Scores are CEFR-informed coaching measures — made to track progress between sessions, not an official exam result. And coaching is not therapy.
